A MAD ZOMBIE PARTY was everything, guys. Everything I wanted it to be and so much more. It was perfect. My favorite by far and that's saying something because I'm a die-hard fan of this series. It was just Showaltery. Before starting my review I just need to say something about this book that touched me on a deeper level. Feel free to skip this part. (view spoiler)[I've always known that Gena was a believer and that God was a big part of her life/who she is and I've always loved and respected that about her. I do not talk about it because I'm not here for that and because it's my personal life but I am also a believer, always have been. I was raised in a Christian family and I've read the Bible more than once. Actually, I was named after a biblical character. So, yes, this book really touched me because I've felt the presence of the Bible throughout my reading. It was always there, in every word Gena wrote and I loved it. Maybe I'm a bit paranoid and Gena didn't write it with this idea in mind but it doesn't matter because it felt that way to me. There were several times where I actually stopped reading and tried to remember a verse that made me think of what Gena was writing. Crazy, right? But it was just unbelievable, staggering, truly. I am not going to write too much about this subject because I don't want my review to be only about this but, here are a few verses that I think are just perfect for this book, feel free to look them up: 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 ; Hebrew 11:1 ; Ephesians 2:8 ; John 1:5 ; 2 Samuel 22:29. (hide spoiler)]"Real love never fails, never fades, and the greatest expression of it is giving."Back to this amazing, life-changing book. When I say it was everything, I mean it. It was e v e r y t h i n g. I devoured it, I couldn't stop reading and I didn't. I didn't eat, I didn't drink, I just read. Gena surpassed herself once again and wrote a chef d'oeuvre. I am so sorry. So sorry Cole because I love you more than lots of things but Frosty is just, a little bit, better than you. I'M SORRY! I can't believe I'm saying that but it's the truth. Frosty undid me, he ensnared me and I fell in love. This guy is so tough, sexy, strong, badass, funny, sweet, caring, hot, he's just perfect, no kidding.Gena developed Frosty's character perfectly, after losing Kat, the love of his life, he's devastated, he's broken and reading about his pain was excruciating but it was worth it. We get to know him better, to understand him better and he's just such a freaking good guy.Camilla is my favorite heroine ever. Seriously. I want to be her when I grow up. She was perfect, perfect on her own and for Frosty. She has a very dark past, a past she's trying very hard to overcome but it's hard. She's just a broken girl who wants people to care about her. What she did in QUEEN OF ZOMBIE HEARTS will forever haunt her and she will forever feel horribly guilty about it but you can't change the past and she realizes that. However, you can change the present and she'll do anything to help the people she betrayed. Including saving Frosty's life even if it means staying with him 24/7. And that's exactly what Kat asks her to do. Ali had a vision and so Frosty finds himself joined at the hip with the girl who helped killed Kat. He hates her, can't stand the sight of her but for Kat, he'll do it. He'll do anything for her. Let me tell you, that right there broke my heart. The fact that Frosty was willing to do absolutely anything for Kat, dead or alive. Seriously, I cried. It was heartbreakingly beautiful, the love he had for her, so genuine. I was afraid of this book because I didn't know how Gena was going to make us love Camilla and actually make us want them to be together...but she did it. She more than did. They were the perfect match. Their relationship happened slowly but surely. It wasn't rushed at all, it was so well written, the fact that we get to be in both their heads helped a lot in understanding them and their feelings. Their love for each other came naturally, it was just meant to be. I don't know how she did it but Gena truly amazed me. I promise you, you won't feel any resentment toward Camilla, you'll understand her and you'll understand their feelings and you'll be happy for them. I swear, it may be painful at times but it's worth it."The boy I was craved Kat. The man I am craves Milla."I seriously have no words to tell you how much I loved this book and how much I loved Frosty and Camilla. I'm speechless. I wish I could tell you how much they affected me but I don't know how. You just need to read the book and you'll get me.The secondary characters were just as amazing. We get to see more of Cole and Ali in all their glory. But also the entire gang and it was awesome! I loved reading about all of them, they're so freaking funny but also so loyal to each other. A big, kickass, zombies-killer family. I love them all so much and I'll never forget them.Kat is an important part of the story as well. She's a part of Frosty's past and I think the way Gena tied everything up was very well done. I love you Kitty Kat. Let's not forget the important part: this book was hot! Yes, it's YA but still, it's Frosty guys! The sexual tension was off the charts. The plot was just as good as the rest of the book. I won't tell you anything but you won't be bored for one second! Gena knows how to write a surprising book and you'll love it. There were a few things I did not see coming and the way she ended the story was really great. The ending broke my heart just a little because it means that it's over and I don't want to. But it's a beautiful goodbye. Gena wrote the perfect ending to the perfect series. It's a sort of epilogue in the form of letters, it put an enormous smile on my face and a few tears in my eyes. Thank you Gena for this magnificent and epic series and thank you for writing the perfect book for our Frosty.Let your light shine, never look back and live as if today is your last day...because it just might be.["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

You know what I've always wondered? When someone falls in love then that person they love dies and then they fall in love with someone else...when they're all in heaven...how does that work out? One gets weekdays the other weekends? I really don't want Frosty to be with anyone but Kat but I'll read this anyway.

4 1/2 stars.I've got a lot to say about this one, but one thing's certain: you can color me surprised!I think that if I read this straight after The Queen of Zombie Hearts I would have rated it lower, but once I started reading this I realized how much I had been missing this series.I'll be honest, this series has mostly been a guilty pleasure read for me. That's not a bad thing, it just means that some books are written more for entertainment and not meant to be taken too seriously. That's what this series has provided for me; pure entertainment. It reminds me a bit of The Vampire Diaries (one of my favorite tv shows, besides that godawful season 5). It's just plain fun that you don't expect to get invested, but before you know it you're bawling your eyes out over relationship drama (true story). I actually think this series would make a fantastic TV show. Now we have to take this into consideration: this is not a continuation of Ali's story. This is Frosty and Milla's story. If you want more of Ali this is not it. This is sort of a standalone, separate from the series. In my opinion this book is an entirely different breed than the others. The tone is much, much darker, and this is more of a character story. The plot takes a backseat. This story is about Frosty and Milla developing as characters, and you have to accept this before you go into this book or you will be disappointed.Another thing we have to face: yes, this is a romance between Frosty and Camilla. I know, I had the same reaction (denial, skepticism). I was one of the readers who begged for a Frosty story, and Gina really tried to give us a good story, and the effort she put in shows. When I started this book, I was hoping Frosty or someone in the gang would kill Camilla. She was so whiny about what she had done and I had no sympathy at all. But Gina surprised me. She threw everything she possibly could into this character to make us love her, and by about halfway through I found myself completely invested in her character. I still can't believe she pulled it off! A+ character development!I was shocked to find almost a kindred spirit in Milla. I teared up twice during this book (what can I say? Child abuse is one of the few things that shatter my heart of stone.)Frosty was, well, Frosty. He was so depressed, the poor guy, it was actually hard to read. He also develops so much throughout the story, and he was a great narrator, and, dare I say it, maybe even better than Ali.Once I gave into the story and really let myself enjoy it I found what was a really sweet, poignant story about two broken people finding themselves. It's not a zombie book, it's a character book, and a fantastic one at that.I was incredibly sad to reach the end of this book/series. Luckily, there were quite a few lose ends. (view spoiler)[Kat's into River (what's gonna happen there), there's a 'war' coming in Witness Land and the real world, and everyone's grown up with kids that have some of the worst names I've ever heard. Probably asking too much, but I've got my fingers crossed for a spinoff series from Kat's POV in Witness Land as well as focusing on the children of these characters. (hide spoiler)]I will definitely be picking up Gena's next YA book. Her books are just so much fun, period. Wonderful farewell to these characters and I'm really glad I gave this one a chance!

Less Reality More Books*spoilers for Queen of Zombie Hearts in this review, beware*Re-reading this book is just as mesmerising as the first time around! This is definitely my favourite one of the series. The White Rabbit Chronicles books was one of those rare book series that I hadn’t heard anything about, good or bad, but took me completely by surprise as it was so intoxicating and un-putdown-able. It was originally a trilogy, but I was so happy when the author announced she was going to write a fourth book because I missed these characters so. And A Mad Zombie Party fits in so perfectly with the rest of the series, even though it’s a different POV, and is the perfect finale to the already perfect series. It was addicting from beginning to end. I’d read the first half in a day but forced myself to slow down so I could savour its awesomeness. Showalter surpassed herself again with this wonderful addition. I have to start reading her other series!Anyway *clears throat* I digress. The first three books focused on Ali and Cole and their hot and steamy romance as we had Frosty all loved up and happy with Kat. However, by the third book’s end something horrifically sad had occurred to Frosty’s and Kat’s happily ever after. In this book we see Frosty still lost inside himself as he tries to live life after death, which in his eyes, seems impossible. What’s the point of living if his Kitty Kat isn’t by his side?I almost cried during his chapters at the start. Showalter wrote his grief so perfectly for his character. Even though I wanted to shake him at times, it was also such a “Frosty” thing to do that I couldn’t be mad at the author for writing him that way. And being in Frosty’s head was wonderful! We always knew he was a tough, sexy, strong and caring guy from the other books, but getting inside his head, we see even more just what makes this guy tick and I fell in love. Sorry Cole, you’ve been pushed back!We also get the POV of Milla. At the start you have to hate her because she betrayed our characters in Queen of Zombie Hearts to protect her brother. But she became one of my favourite heroines after this book. While Ali will always be top contender (we did have three books with her, after all), I adored Milla’s strength. She’d been through so much tough shit in her life but she never ever gave up. Ever. She was willing to do whatever it took to protect those she loves because she’s suffered terrible heartache in life and she’s not about to let it keep happening. She was feeling immense guilt over her actions in Queen of Zombie Hearts, but she knows she can’t change the past and has to learn to live with it. However, that means she’ll do whatever she can to help the people she betrayed, including staying by Frosty’s side 24/7 to save him from a terrible fate. Which is exactly what Kat asks her to do in this book. Even though Frosty hates Milla for her involvement in Kat’s death, he’ll do whatever she says because he loves her so much.I didn’t know how Showalter was going to make us love Milla and Frosty together after seeing his epic love for Kat, but she did it. Being around each other 24/7 allowed them to really bond and get to know each other, and it wasn’t rushed at all, and being inside both their heads really allowed us to really understand them. It was wonderfully paced and well-written and you can’t help but love those two by the book’s end."The boy I was craved Kat. The man I am craves Milla."The secondary characters are also really prominent, which was awesome. Ali’s hilarious commentary continued to put a smile on my face and her and Cole’s love still had me gushing. They’re all only teenagers, but they’re a family; loyal to each other to the very end, no matter what. I loved how they welcomed Milla into their group because of her bond with Frosty, too. I love them all so much and won’t ever forget them. This is definitely the final book in the series as Showalter tidies up the book with an epilogue in a series of letters which shows our characters in ten years’ time. It was a perfect ending and a beautiful goodbye. It put this huge smile on my face when I finally closed the book. This book is an excellent addition to one of my favourite series and I urge anyone who hasn’t read it to pick it up, and anyone who hasn’t read it to pick up Alice in Zombieland yesterday.

Do not read this if you haven't read the original series with Ally and Cole.Sigh. I did love book 1-3 and it definitely was great to see the gang again but I really couldn't jump on the Frosty-Milla bandwagon :-( The fact that Kat was still around as a witness just made things too painful for me :-(

3.5 starsI've loved this series from the beginning and when I found out that there was going to be a another book, I was thrilled. It took some time to get used to being in Frosty and Milla's heads. They're similar in a lot of ways, so reading them figure things out was interesting. There was a lot of push and pull {which I hate}, but the constant stubbornness was mildly amusing. The best part of the other books is Ali's inner monologue and the banter between her and Cole. Taking that away obviously makes for an entirely different tone to the story. And while I enjoyed the overall story, I didn't love it as much as the others. I did love that we got the letters at the end, like usual, and I'm intrigued to see if there's anything else after what was in that section. If there's more, I'll definitely be reading.

Before starting my review of the book and of the series all together I have to say that, I still can't get over the fact that this series wasn't an Alice in Wonderland retelling with zombies!.And now to the book......As most of the books, I picked up this whole entire series before even starting reading book 1.Going through the series all the books are witten from Ali's POV. Not Ali's and Cole's. Not through a narrator. Just 1st person Ali.Which when I opened this book only to find that the chapters were named Frosty or Milla and then the actuall book starting with Frosty's POV had me thinking that I picked out the wrong book.Maybe the last book rewritten from Frosty's and Camilla's POV instead of Ali's, but the original book that continues with Ali's POV somewhere out there. Just not the one in my hands. But no.... No other book is out there. This is actually it.So I have to ask Gena....I mean.... you can't just write all the books in a series in a first person telling from the protagonist then casually change it at the very last book to a side charachter's story. But once I got somewhat used to the change... I liked it as much as the other books in this series. What really bugged me however was the "feelings" that developed between Camilla and Frosty.Mainly she was responsible for the death of Kat. She may didn't pull the trigger but she might as well had. She let the fucking bad guys enter the House. What was she expecting? You can not just forget and get over that after a couple of months living with her. Then he says "The boy I was craved Kat. The man I am craves Milla."You loved Kat since fith grade or what ever... You loved her since forever! All who saw you knew you were crazy about her!You did everything she asked! You tolerated her ridiculous reasons to break up with you because you couldn't bear the thought of beeing without her!And once Camilla entered your life, you claim she is the love of your life????Also what's up with the Camilla we met in the previous book, who was strong, tough, inidipendent and powerfull? This book doesn't really compare to the others in the series!Still a good, enjoying read. 3/5 Stars.

"Check it, I'm only eighteen years old but I've got the coolest resume in the history of ever."I finally finished this series. I took it slow just like I wanted to, and loved it all the more for it. These books are extremely fast paced and I like books that are fast paced and can keep me intrigued/interested. The White Rabbit Chronicles books by Gena Showalter are such a unique take on the classic Alice and Wonderland stories, with extremely unique zombies thrown into the mix (These zombies are very different from the undead that we see in most of pop culture) and this fact makes the story very refreshing to read about. All of the characters are interesting and have unique backgrounds that make you love them even more. There are so many plot twists, you'll not only be on the edge of your seat - but you'll also fall off of the seat half-way through the first book!

4.5 stellinerecensione completa sul blog: http://camminando-tra-le-pagine.blogs...**AVVISO:***SPOILER ALLERT***SCONSIGLIO CALDAMENTE LA LETTURA DELLA RECENSIONE A QUEI LETTORI CHE NON HANNO ANCORA LETTO IL TERZO VOLUME DELLA SERIE WHITE RABBIT CHRONICLES. E proprio lei arriva dall’aldilà spronandolo a reagire e tornare, così, in carreggiata. Ma non è tutto, perché ora Frosty è in pericolo e l’unica a poterlo salvare e la persona che disprezza di più al mondo: Milla... CONTINUA SUL BLOG: http://camminando-tra-le-pagine.blogs...

Okay, so who knew I'd love a book like this. I have second lead syndrome, okay? In the first three books, I shipped Frosty and Kat so bad. He's just plain cocky and she's over confident, what more do you need in a pair? Then BAM! Kat dies, leaving Frosty a mess. Like I said, I have second lead syndrome so it was kinda hard for me to accept Camilla but she just won me over. Now Kat, don't be jealous, I still love you but I love Camilla too.spoilers aheadyou have been warned......I am really happy that this book exists. If it didn't I think I would have been fine because in the back of my head, Frosty lives happily ever after with someone that Kat approves of.1. First things first. Camilla. Frosty. Cole's gang. River's gang. Whenever they would shun Camilla out or say hurtful things towards her, I can literally feel her pain. I don't know if it happens to other readers but it feels like your heart is being squeezed or something. How cant they be so hurtful towards her?! And c'mon, River basically left his sister alone and she's been living in a crappy motel with her dwindling stash of money.2. My heart hurt for Frosty. He just really miss Kat and he can't do anything about it. He just finds random girls who kinda looks like her and bangs them while he's wasted. Then one day Ali has a vision. She tells Kat. Kat tells Camilla since she's supposed to protect Frosty. She also visits Frosty and sometimes I just wanted to slap her because she's breaking Frosty's heart all over again. Like c'mon, he suffered enough, why beat him more?3. Camilla starts protecting Frosty and my heart is just all over the place. He treats her as if she's nothing and she accepts it because she betrayed everyone. I know what she did was shit but she didn't deserve that treatment. nobody does. and then she speaks about her Betrayal tattoo. yup, my heart is in shreds. at this point, i no longer hate her. then we find out about her past. She and River had an abusive father. She had a twin sister. HAD. She felt obligated to protect her twin sister but failed. So now we know why Camilla did what she did. She just wanted to protect her brother. 4. I loved all the "good" conversations she had with Frosty. It made me happy. I love that Holland's crew accepted her. Then again I guess that's because they need her to keep Frosty alive. They warm up to each other. they flirt. i swear, whenever showalter's characters flirt, it's the funny, weird, and cute at the same time.5. then we find out that in Ali's vision. Camilla dies protecting Frosty. by this point, they've all warmed up to her. especially Frosty. he'd do anything not to see another girl he cares about die in front of him. if that happened, i'd suffer right along with Frosty. no one should ever go through that. but let's cut to the chase, at least they made it all alive!6. I loved Kat and Frosty together. It sucked hella that she had to die. But at least we find out that people still date and get married up there. I like the closure Kat and Frosty had. We all knew Kat was acting tough when she was telling Frosty to date. But never in a million years she'd expect Frosty and Camilla to get together. She didn't like it at first but she soon accepted it because they fit each other. They balance each other out. Their closure was really bittersweet. But I'm glad on how it played out.Favorite line in the book? “The boy I was craved Kat. The man I am craves Milla.”Like he said, he'll always love Kat. He's glad he met her. I'm happyOkay, the epilogue. I usually don't like epilogues because they often leave me wanting more. Epilogues usually occur years later and stuff. Just like here. the problem with years is that i want to know what happened in the in between and the after. but in this case, i was satisfied with how it ended. Cole and Ali are finally married. Camilla and Frosty made an oops baby but loved him all the same and got married. River is still living the bachelor life. Chance and Love don't ever want to have kids but are happy together. Jaclyn and Gavin got married. then divorced. then got married again. for sure this time. let's pretend that in the time they spent apart when they got divorced, he was with me ;)I'm basically done writing this review but I kinda don't want it to end because this means saying goodbye to one of the first books I ever loved. I read the first book in 8th grade and now I'm in 12th. Has it been that long since I fell in love with Cole? Then Gavin? It's bittersweet but I guess I'm saying goodbye for now :)

Okay. Deep breath. The series is really truly over this time. My heart is broken because of this, but I feel completely satisfied with the way it ended! To be honest, I was very, very, VERY nervous about this book. We all know how book 3 ended. Like me, I’m sure you were shocked to discover that Frosty would be moving on with someone unexpected. BUT… Gena Showalter knocked it out of the damn cemetery! So much respect was given to the love shared between Frosty and Kat! It was no easy feat to let her go (not for us, and definitely not for Frosty)!! He showed so much vulnerability. The ice man cracked and we got to see his bleeding heart. Through this, I was able to mourn right along with him.The encounters between Frosty and Kat helped with this as well. Kat made me angry (a lot), but it was necessary to push Frosty out of his grief, and showed how much she really did love him. Watching them both accept reality and let go was bittersweet. I appreciated that Frosty and Milla didn’t fall fast and hard. Milla had to earn his trust and respect. The visions they shared created the perfect bridge for them to bond on the deepest level. Kat was exactly who Frosty needed as a boy, but as a man, Milla is his perfect match! They challenge each other, and she understands him in a way that Kat never could. She was such a great character and I loved getting to know her!! She lives a balls out life and regardless of how much regret she has, or how many people hate her, she holds her head high and owns it. I didn’t think any character could convince me of being worthy to take over Frosty’s heart after Kat, but I was wrong! I loved this girl! AND HOLY CRAP, THEY ARE BOTH INSANELY SEXY! I couldn’t get enough of them! The frosting on this glorious cupcake of a book?? It was loaded with Cole and Ali scenes, which obviously made me a happy girl! Cole is so whipped. Even more so than before! Yuuup, I was jealous. Cole needs to be reminded that there are other fish in the sea, and by fish, I mean one fish…. ME. He needs a spanking! ;) Overall, the perfect ending to the perfect series. It was funny, romantic, and zombilicious. I will miss this world big time, but am beyond excited for Gena’s new series, Firstlife! No, really.. I. CAN’T. WAIT.For real… if you have not read Alice in Zombieland… I have no words for you. I received a copy of A Mad Zombie Party from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. I am so happy that I got the chance to read and review this book! I loved the first three books in the White Rabbit Chronicles series - and I thought that that was the end of the series! Then I saw that this fourth book was coming out and I was SO SO excited! This book focuses on Frosty and Camilla Marks, and takes place not long after the end of the third book - I'm guessing only a few months later. I loved Frosty in the previous books, he was a great secondary character and I loved his and Kat's relationship! I loved Frosty even more in this book! He was grieving but still his caring, sarcastic self. I was scared that the romance between Frosty and Milla would be too fast...but it was so good! It was handled really well. It took its time to develop, and when it did it was AMAZING!! But the story wasn't just about these two, we saw a lot of the other characters including Cole and Ali - YAY!!! I love these two so it was great to see them as well as the other slayers! Cole and Ali are so cute together! The plot was great too - lots of zombies and action and of course Anima! These slayers are so hardcore! It wrapped up really nicely too, the ending sorted out a lot of questions I had, and it was nice and fluffy too. It definitely made me smile!

Ok, so I took a big chance checking this book out seeing as to the fact that I have not read the other three books in this series. I have heard of this series but had yet to check out any of the books in it. I had the chance to read this book and therefore the reason that I read this book having not read the other three. My issues so much were not due to the fact that I had not read the other books; although that was part of it. My real issues is that I was not in love with the world that this series took place. For example I had a hard time instantly getting a picture in my head of what the world looked like that Ali and her friends or I should say companions resided in. Also, there seemed to be a lot of talking and not much action. All of the fighting seems to have happened in the prior novels. Yet, even though I did not care for this book, I do like this author.

Honestly? This entire book didn't even really have to be written. Everything was tidied up nicely in the third installment, so this just felt like the author's attempt to make some more cash. I wasn't emotionally invested enough in Frosty and Milla in the first books to care about reading an ENTIRE book through their eyes. Plus, the romance portion was so nauseating and was the main part of the story. "I hate you so much! but but but, OH your gold flecked hazel eyes......and OH how I tremble in your presence" ....what? What does that even mean? I've yet to see "gold flecks" in an eyeball in real life. And if my body ever decided to "tremble" just because a guy was talking to me in close quarters, I would probably see a doctor to make sure I wasn't having seizures. Gimme a break.

It was definitely different reading from Frosty and Milla's POV. I found the book to be a bit over the top at times, but I am a sucker for this series so I still loved it. It was nice to see frosty get his happy ending even if I didn't necessarily agree with it.

Earlier this year, Gena announced that she would be writing one more book in her White Rabbit Chronicles trilogy. I, for one, was thrilled. The (previous) finale The Queen of Zombie Hearts left things in quite a state of unrest ~ (view spoiler)[ Ali's BFF and Frosty's girl, Kat, died leaving Frosty in a fragile life-isn't-worth-living state. And, although the gang had won the zombie war and battle against the twisted minds at Anima Industries, (hide spoiler)] fans wanted to know more. While I rated QUEEN OF ZOMBIE HEARTS five-action-packed-stars, I too wondered ... How is the gang coping? How's Frosty? What's next for this group of slayers? Real love never fails, never fades, and the greatest expression of it is giving. A Mad Zombie Party is Gena's answer. And, after finishing it, I feel no lingering what-ifs or what-nexts. Ali sets the scene with a letter to readers, the bulk of the story is then told by alternating perspectives of Frosty and Camilla (Milla) and the ending is topped off with a letter from Kat. Wondering why exactly Gena felt Camilla, the ... most hated slayer in the state, was a necessary character in a special extra book that was to wrap up loose ends between Ali, Cole and their gang? Well, for that answer you'll have to read and find out for yourself. But, I will say that Gena's way some of her characters are able to "share" their experiences allows for a closeness that would otherwise be difficult to understand. Those shares allow characters to not only hear another's point of view but also experience it first-hand.A big thank you to Gena Showalter for providing fans with this additional installment.NOTE: Gena's also written a short entitled, Kat in Zombieland ~ A short story published on Wattpad in 3 parts from Kat's POV. Contains spoilers, read A Mad Zombie Party first.

*****My full review is available at Darling & Co.*****I'm not gonna lie, I was disappointed when I learned that the book was told from Frosty and Milla's point of view. It really got my hopes up since the letter in the beginning was from Ali. But I knew that Frosty was going to be a depressed asshole, and despite Milla's betrayal, she didn't play a big enough role for me to care what was going on with her. So kudos to Gena Showalter for making me fall in love with characters I couldn't care less about! A Mad Zombie Party definitely holds its own with the other books and it was a wonderful finish, although there is totally an opening for another book and if Gena wants to continue the series, I back her 100%!I love that we learn more about witnesses and what happens after we die. I still wish I knew more about it, but you learn a great deal about it in Zombie Party and that is something I've wanted since Emma told Ali she was a witness in Zombieland. I was really happy with this book, despite originally not wanting to hear about Frosty and Milla. After finishing it, I don't think I would have wanted another book from Ali's POV; it was time for a change.Overall, the White Rabbit Chronicles was a brilliant series, and with its variety of genres, it's great for people who like the supernatural, retellings, zombies, and a little bit of romance.

Loved this final book in the series!! I was upset when Kat died in the last book and could not imagine anyone being able to match Frosty so perfectly. Milla was a perfect match! I loved how the story ended and it gave a great closure to a great series. So glad that Anima was destroyed and was happy that each slayer was able to go on with their lives and do the things they've dreamed of doing. So funny that bad ass Cole and Frosty became detectives when they were such bad boys in high school. I'm hoping that maybe Gena will write a short story about Kat and River, that would be a lovely ending but as it is I was not disappointed. I did get a little annoyed with Ali's Good Glory exclamation. And for some odd reason I pictured her grandma as a lot older then what was depicted in this book. But great story and appropriate ending to the series

A Mad Zombie Parry The Characters: Frosty MillaThe Story: I’m not going to lie. I was a bit disappointed when I realized this book centered around Frosty and Milla. I’m a huge fan of Ali and Cole, but halfway through I realized we needed their story. The series could not have ended properly without it and I’m so glad to have read it. So much happened here that I couldn’t do a recap justice so I’m just going to say Read It!The Random Thoughts: 4.5 Stars

This is one of my favorite series of all time! I am SO sad it is over, BUT I love how it ended. Gena did a great job with this one. It was very different being from Frosty and Milla's POV, but I loved it and we still got Ali and Cole in it too :)

I wanted so much to read this but the blurb says it all... The author tried give Frosty a happier endind but she ended up screwing it, at least for me. Sorry, but this is not the book for me, I wanted Frosty to get over Kat and to move on but this, this is just lame...
