Today is the tenth time this has happened to me. The tenth time I’ve had to figure out where the hell I am. The tenth time I’ve had to try and work out who the hell I am. This is the tenth alteration of the person I am. Each of us has had different lives, different backgrounds and different families. But there’s always been one constant.Him.He’s the reason I keep doing this. He’s the reason I spend four years searching. If I’m lucky, I’ll get the trigger and find him quickly and we can spend those four years together before I disappear again. If I’m not, we might get a year, a month or even just a day. Once we got nothing, but that was a choice. And every time it happens, he patiently waits for me. He says that every time I come back to him, it’s like falling in love with me all over again. I say that every time I come back, I fall even more in love with him than before. It scares me that one day I won't be able to find him at all, because when that day comes, I'm not sure I'll want to keep going. He is my strength, my protector, my one and only constant.I love him.He loves me.But every four years, I lose myself. And every four years, I have to find him. This is our story....

::: FULL REVIEW NOW POSTED ::::I LOVED this!!! An intense, heart-pounding love story unlike any other I've ever read!!! Just AMAZING!!! The heroine wakes up every four years in a different city, with a different life, and no memory of her previous lives. Each time she has to figure out where she is, who she is, and has to find her way back to HIM. And he's always waiting for her.... "I love him. He loves me. But every four years, I lose myself. And every four years, I have to find him. This is our story." _____________________________________I read this book in one sitting and could not put it down even for a minute. My heart was racing from start to finish!! It was pounding. My spine tingled. I had shivers running through me the whole time with the anticipation of finding out what would happen next. Every little hint, every new twist, every emotionally charged moment between them just added to my connection to the story.I swear, I couldn't flip the pages fast enough! The story starts out when Evie and Ben are young children. Even from back then, I loved how fiercely protective he was of her. They were just kids but you you could already feel his love for her and as the years went on, his love only got stronger. I just knew in my heart that they were meant to be together. For always."I promise I will always look after her."And somehow I know he always will. This is not what I would consider a paranormal story. I want to be very clear on that. There is no mystical or supernatural element ever mentioned. What happens to her simply happens. There is no explanation ever given and it's never labelled, but more importantly, there is no reason for an explanation. I've thought about this a lot honestly and here's the thing: If there was an explanation, it would make the story seem unbelievable because it would either be implausible in our real world (and therefore turn it into a paranormal story) or it would seem far fetched... and the thing is that this is a character-driven story. The point of the story is these characters lives and their intense, all-consuming love for each other. This is a story about how two people who are forever bound by love make things work in a seemingly impossible situation. The point is their love for each other, not discovering why this is happening to her. And personally, I think that's a very important thing to remember. This is a love story."I love this man and every single thing he does for me, has ever done for me, ever since I was four years old."Every word of this story just flows. The writing is fluid and the plot is meticulously crafted so that the story is constantly moving forward with no slow spots at all. The intensity of the emotions just rolls off the page. I felt every word in my heart. The way this author wrote Evie and Ben's connection and chemistry, the strength of their love, the struggle to regain memories, the impact when they all came slamming back, the missed encounters, the epic reunions, everything was so powerful. There were times when I was reading with tears in my eyes even though nothing sad was happening just because I cared so much and so desperately wanted them to be able to find a way to be together despite their impossible situation.Minutes, seconds, days, years, this is a story of a never-ending love fighting against time. It's honestly one of the best books I've ever read. It consumed me and took over my life. I loved every word. With most books, if even one scene makes me feel as much as this book made me feel in every scene, I'd consider it a winner. But this book was just a non-stop, heart-racing ride the whole way through."Hey, baby," he says, his voice a whisper. "Miss me?"There is no stupid drama. It might sound silly to say it but it's a very important thing to me. The characters are human and do make mistakes (no cheating and no triangles, don't worry) but their unwavering love for each other is what gets them through.I loved how real this story felt. With the way that it was written, I just accepted every situation and genuinely was made to believe that these events really happened to this woman. Some readers have asked me if the story is at all repetitive and the answer is NO. Not at all!! This is not a Groundhog Day scenario at all. I don't want to give anything away but it's always moving forward and changing. The author really did a fantastic job with the story development.Ben Foster is guaranteed to melt your heart. The depth of his love for Evie was so powerful. He loved her unconditionally. His complete devotion to her and acceptance that no matter what, she was the love of his life was just gorgeous. Pure swoon. He protected her, fought for her, stood by her through everything. You knew he'd give anything for her and that there'd be no obstacle he wouldn't face to be with her."I haven't stopped loving you, Evie," he whispers. "And no matter what happens or where you go, I won't ever stop."I love the concept of a love so strong that no matter what, they keep finding each other over and over again. The idea that love is powerful enough to prevail over anything is the reason I love to read romance. I am so grateful to the author for stepping outside the box to give us this unconventional and incredibly beautiful book. It was unique, refreshing, thrilling, and this love story will stay in my heart forever."I'll be here waiting for you," he says, his eyes never leaving mine. "You just have to come find me, Evie."Rating: 4.5 -- 5 stars. Standalone romance (HEA)._______________________________________ For more of my reviews, book news and updates:✦ Main blog: Aestas Book Blog✦ Facebook Blog Page✦ Twitter

“I’ll be here waiting for you,” he says, his eyes never leaving mine. “You just have to come find me.” I really enjoyed this unconventional love story, it's very different with a touch of fantasy. Every four years, Evie wakes up with a new life, in a house with people she doesn't remember. She meets Ben when she is 4 years old.“When I go, Ben, I don’t remember anything. I don’t remember my previous life or any of the things about it. I wake up the next day, knowing something is different, that this isn’t the life I had the day before, but I don’t remember how or why.”Evie and Ben become best friends, but when her 8th birthday comes, once again she wakes up with a new life. But, somehow through it all, Evie always manages to find her way back to Ben. “I have been in love with you since I was six years old, Evie. You are my best friend, the love of my life, and the greatest thing that’s ever happened to me.”Their love story is unique and incredibly sweet, I adored Evie and Ben. Although there are many unanswered questions, I really enjoyed this emotional journey. “I’d wait forever for you, you know.”

3.75 ~ 4 Find Me StarsThis story checked so many boxes for me and I think a lot of friends will really love Evie and Ben’s timeless love story. The author delivered a love connection that was constantly threatened by the unknown factor of Evie disappearing every 4 years to a new Evie (fill in the last name) with a new family. She always wakes up with zero memories but the lingering feeling that she is missing something important. Once something triggers her memories of Ben everything comes back to her. ”You make me remember everything, Ben.”Evie is a girl who gets to live many lives with several sets of parents, siblings, schools, careers, no matter what station in life she has woken up to all roads lead to Ben Foster. Ben was a book character that girl’s dreams are centered around because his love for Evie and devotion was epic.I did however have a lot of issues with the logistics of Evie’s disappearing acts as well as the obvious simplicity of their fix. The love connection and their interactions were wonderful as was the premise of the story which I found fascinating but I truly believe she needed to give some answers as to whys of so many things. If you can take a story on face value and not think too much into the reasons for her every four year disappearance act and don’t question anything like…Why does she only reappear within England? Why does her new family always vanish? Why does her eyes slowly change color? What is the purpose of her switching identities?and just be happy with the love story of Ben and Evie then this one is sure to be a hit for you. The fear factor of losing Ben and forgetting him every four years and the characters’ out right desperation to hold onto one another is beautiful. "He is where I belong."

3.5 starsHow do you explain to someone that every leap year, when the clock moves from the 28th of February into the 29th, you disappear?Evie first disappears - and reappears - on her fourth birthday. It's also the day she meets six year-old Ben Foster. Every four years on her birthday she disappears and wakes up to a new life. Through the years, Ben always manages to find her, as they progress from children to teenagers to adults, and from best friends to lovers.Fated love, destiny, love across time...I really enjoy romances with that theme. I love the concept of two people meant for each other, meant to be together no matter what. And Losing Me Finding You promised me that, and for the most part delivered. What I didn't actually realise is that this is really a new-adult romance...which I have sworn off!...as it's not categorised as such and not mentioned anywhere.But. This turned out to be quite a nice little read. It does have some plot holes, and the protagonists did take forever to work out a clue as to how they could be together sooner, but it was really a lovely story that I enjoyed. My biggest issue is that there was no real explanation of the mechanics of why it happens. No explanation of what happens to Evie's families; her lack of concern was glossed over. Or why she only reappears in Britain, and doesn't end up in another country. But most readers I think will just read this for the romance, and not worry too much about the how, when, where or why.Losing Me Finding You has a really great premise. Though the execution was good and was a little lite for me, it could have been great if developed a little more. But if you're not too concerned about the whole mechanics of the different lives of Evie, you should enjoy this a lot. I did.Steam: 2.5-3

3.5 LOVE vs TIME STARS ★★★☆"And with the memory of him, comes the memory of so many things. Memories of things I didn't even realise I'd forgotten.”As I write this review, I’m still debating with myself on how many stars I should rate this. While I enjoyed the unique premise of this story, I had minor issues with some aspects of the story that I couldn’t shake off. I’m not even sure if I would call this a Paranormal/Urban Fantasy story, but right now I’ll settle with a New Adult genre surrounded by unexplainable circumstances. **********We’re talking about a love story that transcends all logic & focuses on two people who are battling for love as they raced against time. Born on the 29th February, this makes Evie a leap-year child & by some force of nature, she disappears at SHARP midnight on her birthday. She then wakes up with a completely new identity in a different place and have no recollection of her past lives/identities. At 4 years old, she first meets 6 year-old Ben & they instantly became best friends. There is always something about young innocent love that captures my heart and I truly loved seeing how their relationship blossoms from best friends to eventual lovers as they keep finding back each other after every 4 years. Coincidence? Fate? In this story, it’s best to put all logic aside & enjoy the ride. ”But every four years, I lose myself. And every four years, I have to find him.”This is a story of two souls and their unwavering love for each other as they fight against all odds, with time being their biggest enemy and spans from their childhood to their teenage years and finally into adulthood. I loved reading every aspect of it & it only reassured me that literally nothing could tear them apart ♥"I haven't stopped loving you, Evie," he whispers. "And no matter what happens or where you go, I won't ever stop." **********So what didn’t really work for me in this story? While I admire the undying love going on between our two mains, there came a point where their interactions become rather OTT for me and I’m talking straight-out cheesy, like 10 types of cheese on top of my favorite pizza. Mega fluff. There were just too many “I love you”s bouncing back and forth & it got a little repetitive that I had to skim through it sometimes. Also, the amount of times "baby" was mentioned? I can't even go there right now. Another thing that frustrated me was Evie’s character, something felt a little off for me. The girl practically re-lives her life every 4 years & you would think she would have more resolute in finding out her past family/life when she recalls back her past memories. I felt that the story could have developed more in that area instead of solely focusing on both MC’s finding each other. Initially, I thought the absence of explanation of the mechanics behind the disappearing act would have bothered me a lot & prompted me to give a lower rating. But I thought hard about this and I realized that it’s impossible to come up with any kind of logic that would satisfy me. If there was any kind of plausible explanation to this, I may be eye-rolling at the end of the story because it would sound unreasonable and unbelievable. That being said, in my opinion, it’s probably best to leave it to our imagination ;) **********Overall, I loved the unique set-up of this story as Natalie Ward brings an unconventional, out-of-the-box romance set in the modern world and I will admit that this book is a real page-turner. I had heart palpitations almost every time Evie & Ben had to separate & it will keep you on your toes wondering what will happen next in each chapter. If you put aside all the unrealistic timey-wimey thing and solely focus on the romance, this book will give you the tingles as you witness how their true love will prevail over anything. I would say that Losing Me Finding You is a sweet, refreshing and unique read but it fell from my initial expectation, so 3.5 stars for me. And I recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind mega fluffy romance with a unique twist ♥P/S: If anyone is wondering if it's a HEA, (view spoiler)[amazingly they pulled off a HEA (hide spoiler)]["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

“I’ll be here waiting for you,” he says, his eyes never leaving mine. “You just have to come find me.” OMG, what an incredible, incredible story! From the moment I read the synopsis of this book, I was instantly intrigued. The promise of a heart-clenching love story combined with something that is a little bit outside of normal with a touch of fantasy about it, and all of it beautifully told. I was hooked from the very beginning, and completely lost myself in Evie and Ben’s story. Evie’s birthday is 29th February. When that date arrives every leap year, Evie wakes up somewhere completely different with a different identity. Always known as Evie, she has a new family, a new house, and no memory of who she was previously. When she is five years old, she meets Ben. The two quickly become best friends, and when Evie starts a new life at age 8, it is with a strange feeling that she just can’t shake. It feels like there is something out there, something important, that I’m supposed to find.Although she has no knowledge of who she was before she woke up on her birthday, she is content with her life until she unexpectedly sees Ben again. Seeing him unleashes all of her memories of her previous life, and the two of them fall right back into their friendship. This is the pattern that continues through Evie’s life. Every four years she wakes up as somebody new, but Ben is her trigger. As soon as she sees him, or somehow remembers him, her full memory returns. In the meantime, Ben continues his life as normal, either with Evie in it, or waiting for her to return to him. “Hey, baby,” he says, his voice a whisper. “Miss me?”That's pretty much all I'm going to say about the storyline. It's best to not think about it too much, because there's no explanation or reason behind it, just dive in to it, embrace the romance and watch it all unfold. I love the set up of this book! It’s something so very different, and it ties in so beautifully with Evie and Ben’s absolutely incredible love story. Spanning their childhood, their teen years, and into adulthood, we get to see every little moment of their lives together. Their YA romance had me grinning like a fool, and the intensity of their relationship as it heats up when they get older had my heart pounding and left me a swoony mess! And all of it is absolute perfection. Ben is the only one to share Evie’s secret, and the uniqueness of her condition complicates their lives incredibly. Each time they lost each other, found each other, lost each other and found each other again had my heart pounding. And their reconnection is not always a guarantee. Evie’s differing family life, a lack of trigger and the complexity of her secret all impact upon how things play out, and you never know what is going to happen next. And the feels, OMG, the feeeeeeels!!! My heart broke for them so many times. I was screaming out loud at the unfairness of it all and the moments where they had to say goodbye killed me. I was in tears more than once, it honestly made my heart hurt! But they also had moments of incredible happiness, and the love between them is so incredibly special so all of the trauma and heartache that they go through is worth it for the love that they have, and the life that they are able to share when they are together. “How do we do this, Ben?” I whisper, wishing we could find a way to stop it all, to just stop time. “How do we…” Ben leans in to kiss me, silencing my words before he gently rubs his nose against mine. “We do what we always do, baby. We make the most of every day we have together, and we forget about all the rest.”And through it all, their relationship is incredibly functional. They’re open, they talk, they are fully accepting of each other and the heartbreaking situation that they are in. “I’d wait forever for you, you know.”I really liked Evie as a heroine. She doesn't wallow over her condition, she accepts it as her life and deals with it as best she can. And she holds tight to the one constant in her life - Ben.I need to gush for a moment about the wonder that is Ben. Ben is probably one of the most amazingly perfect book heroes EVER! He is loving, affectionate, kind, funny and protective, but he’s tough when he needs to be. He’s also incredibly hot, and the love scenes are smoking! But best of all, the man is incredibly devoted to Evie, and his love for her is amazing! “Evie,” Ben murmurs before brushing his lips softly against mine. “You won’t lose me, baby.” …“But I will,” I whisper against his lips. “I’ll wake up tomorrow and I won’t remember you and I will have lost you.” Ben pulls back and I open my eyes, watch as he tucks my hair behind my ears. “I’ll be here waiting for you,” he says, his eyes never leaving mine. “You just have to come find me, Evie.”I absolutely loved him! I was swooning madly over him when he was 14 years old, and he just gets better with age. “I have been in love with you since I was six years old, Evie. You are my best friend, the love of my life, and the greatest thing that’s ever happened to me.”I loved this book! It’s original, it’s unexpected, it’s pure escapism and it took me on a wildly emotional ride. I loved every minute of it – even when I hated it, I still loved it. Evie and Ben’s story will stay with me for a long time to come. 4.5 stars.

This is the tenth alteration of the person I am. Each of us has had different lives, different backgrounds and different families. But there’s always been one constant. Him.Losing Me Finding You was a really sweet love story set against a unique premise that immediately caught my attention. Evie was born on February 29th and for some unknown reason on the leap year, every four years she wakes up with a new family, in a new home, with a new identity – all with no memories of her previous lives. When she was four years old (him almost six) she meets Ben and from that point on he becomes a HUGE part of her life. “I promise I will always look after her.” And somehow, I know he always will. When Evie is eight years old, Ben witnesses her disappear at midnight on the night of her birthday. He becomes the only person that knows Evie’s secret and her trigger. Seeing him brings back a rush of memories from all her previous lives. The only problem is she has no idea where she’ll end up or if she will even find Ben in her new life, especially since she has no memory of him until the moment she finds him.“When I go, Ben, I don’t remember anything. I don’t remember my previous life or any of the things about it. I wake up the next day, knowing something is different, that this isn’t the life I had the day before, but I don’t remember how or why.”Evie and Ben have a very intense connection from the very beginning. Even as children, it’s so easy to see what a special character Ben is going to be and how important he is going to be for Evie. Their relationship as teens is full of everything you love in a blossoming relationship- from those unsure and innocent feelings developing into the scorching sexual tension, everything is new and exciting. I absolutely loved it! “Then if it does, I’ll just wait for you, Evie Smith. I’ll wait for you to find me again.”“You will?” I breathe out. “I will. And when you do, you’ll still be my girlfriend.” “I will,” I breathe out, the words lost between us now as he stares down at me.Every time Evie leaves Ben it is absolutely heartbreaking! We have no idea how long it will take her to find him, what her new life will be like and it’s a very intense reading experience in those moments. There is this huge sense of anticipation and that was one of my most favorite things about reading this story. Although I loved the romance of this, I did find myself questioning the WHY of the story. I wanted to understand why things happened how they did and get more answers and unfortunately I feel like a lot of things were a bit too simplistic. I chose to focus on Evie and Ben and their relationship and just go along with everything, but the fantasy lover in me wanted MORE. I definitely think you need to go into this book with the understanding that it is absolutely more focused on the romance, relationship, and characters than on the slight fantasy aspect. Thankfully that worked for me because I completely adored Ben! I liked Evie a lot too, but at one or two points in the story she did drive me a little nuts. But Ben really blew me away, I thought it was amazing how strong and committed he was. He remembers Evie when she leaves and has to deal with her maybe (or maybe not) finding him again and the way he handles things was incredible! Their love for each other was all consuming (and at times a bit cheesy) but I was always rooting for them. "I haven't stopped loving you, Evie," he whispers. "And no matter what happens or where you go, I won't ever stop."4 stars.See this review & others at No BS Book Reviews. Also 'like' us on Facebook. ♥

When I first heard about this book I was a little worried. Not because I had any concerns with Natalie’s writing, but the story seemed much more complicated than I’m okay with. Come on, the leading lady disappears and has to find her way back? It was going to take effort to read and understand. As a law student, I spend my days reading shit that nobody really understands, I like my pleasure reading to be simple. However, I couldn't not read it; I was already intrigued by the synopsis.Luckily, Natalie writes it in a way that makes it simple. I was never questioning what the hell was going on or where we were, but it is still very much a complicated story line. She maps it out well, and guides us with the headings. You’re able to focus on the story and the characters, while the what and where are taken care of by Natalie. Each chapter is a different year in Evie’s life, and that is clear to the reader.Oh, Evie. I pretty much hate all female leads. Probably because when I’m reading from their POV all I can think of is how I would do it differently. I didn’t hate Evie, but I didn’t always love her. She has a complicated life she’s trying to figure out, so there isn’t really any room for unnecessary drama. Evie isn’t “woe is me” or over theatrical about anything; my frustrations are when Ben and Evie are apart. I can't say much without spoiling it, but I would sometimes get frustrated with her clueless ass. It wasn't really her fault, but I still took it out on her.Ben. Fuck, what can I say about Ben? He’s perfect. He’s a fire fighter. He’s a character that could have only ever been created by a woman because holy fucking hell – he is perfect. Yes, so much so it deserves being said twice. His love for Evie is amazing, and the way he accepts her for her. There is no judgment or hostilities, even though he basically shoulders what Evie’s life causes. When she’s gone, he’s very much aware. He goes without her, waits for her, and has to find a way to keep going. And he does this with no complaints and complete patience."Ben pulls back and I open my eyes, watch as he tucks my hair behind my ears. “I’ll be here waiting for you,” he says, his eyes never leaving mine. “You just have to come find me, Evie.”"What I love most about Evie and Ben is how they live for each day. They are always on a clock; they don’t really ever have the leisure of time, so they don’t waste it. Nobody has a promise of forever, but it’s different when you’re actually faced with a countdown. Evie and Ben’s time frame varies; it can be years, days, or even just minutes. I think that makes their story genuine in that they love hard and don’t play games. I think that’s true to their relationship, and a refreshing change from other books. It's truly a story about love and life and fighting for that person no matter what the obstacle. And these bitches have some obstacles! Plus, they started as childhood BFFs, and that’s just fucking adorable. " “I guess I’ll see you tomorrow?” he asks, brushing the snow from his jeans. The feeling is impossible to ignore now and it’s making me feel sick. “What if you don’t?” I suddenly blurt out. Ben looks at me with a puzzled expression on his face. “What do you mean?” he asks. “Of course I’ll see you tomorrow, Evie, we have school remember?”"The side characters were just as interesting as the leads, but this is something I've come to expect from Natalie's writing. She develops them; they're more than just decoration to the scenes. Ben's sister is pretty funny, from childhood to adulthood. I found myself laughing at her actions a few times, especially when she was frustrating Ben. Total love/hate relationship there.Natalie once again had me flying through the pages. What I love most about her books is the complete lack of filler drama. I don’t find myself rolling my eyes, and she keeps the emotions/reactions of the characters fairly real. The girls aren’t weak, and the men aren’t overly alpha. That was Losing Me / Finding You; it was another amazing story filled with characters I could imagine actually knowing and genuinely cared about. And bonus – these two have explosive chemistry. Hot. As. Fuck."We lie this way for what feels like forever before Ben eventually rolls to the side, taking me with him and pressing a long, deep kiss to my lips. “Hey, baby,” he finally whispers, his voice a low rumble in the dark. These are the first words he’s said since he came home."

3 STARS for a sweet romance through timeGenre: Contemporary RomanceCover: 6/10Writing: 7/10Heroine: 6/10Hero: 7/10Humour: 0/10Hotness: 2/10Romance: 9/10Extra book Details: Heroine POV; 1st person. Approx 300 kindle pages. The romance was very sweet, lovely and nice. There was points in the story where I was awed by their love, where I did feel sad for them both. But that was as far as my emotional range went. There wasn't enough 'instances' in the book for me, because of the time span, 50% of the book was about the heroine getting lost and finding her way back again. It needed a little more substance in the writing too, it was simplistic.I did enjoy it, I adored the love they shared, Ben was a wonderful beta hero. But I needed some kind of edge, something that would make this book significant, though it is a little unique.I also wish the author would have made sense of the disappearing acts, it was a real shame the mysterious mystery, the basis for the book, was never revealed.I'd highly recommend this to lovers of super-sweet romances who fancy a light read.Oh, and didn't I say it? (view spoiler)[I said she needed a tattoo when she was in her 20's, (I was thinking a QR code, lol) and guess what she got? Is it a well-written romantic novel? Yes. It is an engaging story. The drama is not over-the-top. The dialogue is on the sweet side. The word ‘love” appears approximately 171 times. How about the characters? Evie and Ben dominated the storyline. Ben’s devotion to Evie was never in doubt. It was a bit unrealistic, tbh. Meh:The supporting cast didn’t really contribute any depth to the plot.Evie: How do you actually explain to someone that every leap year, when the clock moves from the 28th of February into 29th, you disappear? And not just disappear, but wake up in a whole new house with a whole new life and no memory of the lives you’ve had before it. How the hell do you explain that without sounding crazy?*sigh*. The author didn’t even bother to come up with a theory or explanation on the disappearance of Evie and her family: Quantum teleportation? Memory loss as a result of traveling in dimension? Or something similar to the man in Time Traveler Wife? In this case, a genetic disorder that causes her to teleport unpredictably? Or scratch all of the above, how about just say it is a magic??? IMO, some exploration in this area would have added edge and dynamic to the plot.If you don’t mind the lack of explanation on Evie’s disappearance, the novel is worth your time. Happy reading:)

5 why-are-you-not-reading-this stars!Time is…too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love… time is eternity.Henry van DykeThis story begins the morning Evie Roberts turns 4 years old, 29th February 1980. This is the day she meets Ben Foster. She doesn't know it yet, but this is the day her life will change forever.“He smiles back at me and somehow, something changes. A memory returns, or forms, I don’t quite know yet.”This is the first time she has this feeling, but definitely not the last. Because Ben Foster has this power over her. You see, every four years Evie wakes up in a different life, being a different Evie, in a different place, with a different family, different friends. She can't remember anything from her previous life, she feels lost, unconnected. But Ben Foster can return every memory to her. He's the only person that can make her whole, make her herself again.“Even though I am constantly changing, or my families come and go, Ben is the one thing that never does. He is every cliché under the sun; my rock, my anchor, my soul mate, my everything.”Every four years, Evie forgets Ben. But even when she doesn't remember him, she's still looking for him, for that something she feels is lacking.“I’m just trying to find the light again, trying to find my way back.”“Back to the light?” he asks. “Back to you,” I say quietly. “You’re not just the first thing I remember. You’re always the last thing I remember too, Ben, and you’re always the one thing I’m trying to find again, even if I don’t realise it straightaway.”And Ben waits. And waits and waits. Even when he doesn't know if she will find the way back to him, if they will meet again someday. He waits for Evie.“Can you really keep waiting for me all the time?”[…]“Yeah, Evie, I can do that,” he says, kissing me again. “I’d wait forever for you, you know.”Because they are meant to be together, just like that. Evie can't help disappearing every 29th February, lose her memories, lose Ben, but somehow, she always finds him. “I can’t bear the thought of not being with you, Eva,” he says, making my tears fall harder. “I don’t ever want to lose you.”“I’ll always find you,” I choke out. “I promise I’ll always find you.” And I know that I will. No matter what it takes, I will find my way back to him.Sometimes it's easier, sometimes it's harder, but this is what soulmates do, ladies and gentlemen. They find each other. Always. And Ben did a promise back in 1981, you know?“I promised I’d always look after you. I intend to keep that promise.”*** We get to see Evie and Ben through childhood, their teenage years and adult life, over a span of more than 30 years. What does it mean? That we get to see the sweetness of a first kiss, the innocence of a will-you-be-my-girlfriend, the frustration of having a baby sister with a really bad timing when you're trying to get lucky *wink wink*, the thrill of pursuing your dreams, the happiness when you make them come true. We get laugh and ugly crying; we get bliss and unadulterated anger; we get cuteness and scorching hot. Because, good Lord have mercy, there is scorching hot.“Will you behave now?” he whispers against my lips. No, I immediately want to say. “What happens if I don’t?” I ask, my body literally trembling with desire.Ben’s arms tighten and I see his eyes sparkle with mischief as gives in and finally smiles at me again. “Then breakfast won’t be the only thing getting eaten off the table, baby.”They go to heaven, they go to hell... and we go with them. And I wouldn't change a single thing about the ride, not even the ugliest parts. Everything means something, helps them grow, helps the reader feel their love. Because that is the tricky part of every story. Creating a drool-worthy hero is easy, creating a lovable heroine is doable, but creating a couple that makes you think “damn, I want that”? Just... nop.So, what to expect when you're expecting reading Losing Me Finding You? A love story. I say this because there are people who complain about how the story is only focused in the MC, how they spend all their time together and we don't get to see anything beyond that blahblahblah. So, there, this is a love story. This also means this is not a sci-fi book, you won't get answers to why the heroine disappears, how the time-traveling works or the mysteries of life. If you want a complete dissertation about that topic, go find it somewhere else. I don't really care I didn't get an explanation because repeat after me: this is a love story. I don't give a flying fucky about science. *** Natalie Ward is, hands down, one of my favourite authors. In 2012 she gave birth to that gem named I Love You to Death, and she proved she could take an average story (broken girl meets damaged boy) and turn it into a touching, unique tale. Now, the time-traveling thing may sound too The Time Traveler's Wife, Time Between Us, etc., but she did it again. Losing Me Finding You is like nothing you've ever read before, that I can guarantee. Natalie Ward, you're an evil genius. After almost 3 years and +600 books, this is my first review. Just so you understand how this book touched me. I just had to tell the world how wonderful it was! You know that feeling when you love something so much you can't even? So, go read it, enjoy it and spread the word! ****EDIT* For those of you eager to find answers, Ms Ward explained some things on her website.

4.5 beautiful stars! I just read a wonderful, engaging beautiful, lovely story. Its about one true love, and no matter what happens where they end up they will find one another. The idea of the book is quite intriguing, eccentric, unique but its not so new to me, i read a lot of these kind of romance story like Everyday by David Levithan and The Time Travelers Wife by Audrey Niffenegger there are similarities but i really love this one."Because we are always meant to find each other"Evie and Ben's love story progress from children to teenagers to adults, and from best friends to lovers to husband and wife. Its endearing, powerful, compelling i just cant stop reading this book i cant put it down i am so eager to know what will happen next and yearning for more. It's one of those stories that pulls you into the characters' lives and leaves you wanting more. I never doubted their love for each other, its strong, firm and powerful. There are confusing parts of the story and i still have a lot questions like how? but still I really enjoyed this emotional journey. It has a beautiful beautiful ending and i'm a big sucker of happily ever afters and that's all that matters for me.Evie "Ben, i fell in love with you when i was five years old. You are my best friend , the one person i love the most in this world. Th person i dont want to lose No matter what happens no matter how lost we feel just know i will always be only yours and we will always find our way back to each other . I promise to always love you, to protect you, to always look after you ... and to have lots of sex with you. For the rest of my life i love you Ben Always." Ben "Evie, There are a million reasons why I love you. A million reasons that all begin with the amazing woman you are and end with the type of man you make me want to be, I have been in love with you since I was six years old, Evie. You are my best friend, the love of my life, and the greatest thing that’s ever happened to me. I promise to always love you laugh with you protect you and have endless amount of sex with you' To always be there for you and to always wait for you for the rest of my life. I love you Eva, I've always loved you and that baby i will never change."

I normally shy away from PNR or anything remotely close to that genre. After reading Never Never, I was drawn and more open to this book. What a welcome surprise - this story floored me from the get go - I am a helpless romantic, give me soul mates and an EPIC love story and I am on board. Evie and Ben have that kind of love - the one that transcends time, space, logic, reason - you name it. The one was made for the other. I loved that the author did not dwell on the mechanics or the why/how this happened to Evie (her disappearance every leap year on her bday Feb 29) It happened, she could feel it coming, But one thing remains constant – BEN. Can you say swoon. Her childhood best friend protector knight in shining armor….. despite awakening with no memory of her pervious life, she has a nagging feeling of emptiness and of something missing (SOMEONE) that is Ben – each and every “reawakening” leads them back to each other – fate time and again brings them together and BOOM the memories flood Evie – it is all about them. I was engrossed and enraptured by their story. I am glad I took that leap of faith, this is one of those books that will stay with me for a long time..

5 Life changing stars! The story of Evie and Ben is truly mesmerising and definitely unforgettable. Evie is... unique. Born on the 29th of February, every four years on her birthday, every leap year she disappears from her current life to a new one. When I wake up on this day, I’m in a different city, with a different life and no memory of the lives I had before this one.Every morning on her birthday she awakens to memories just out of reach and the only person to unlocking them for her is... Him"I love him. He loves me. But every four years, I lose myself. And every four years, I have to find him."Ben was just incredible, from the point that he met Evie as children he's embarked on this journey with her. It his story as well as hers, always waiting for her to come back to him..."No matter what happens, no matter how lost we ever feel, just know, I will always be yours and we will always find our way back to each other. -EvieThis journey definitely had its up's and downs, missed encounters and lost opportunities but it was beautiful.Natalie Ward truly did write an amazing story as well as amazing characters, definitely a story that will stay with you.. have a look."Our story was always the same; it's always been to find each other"

4-4.5 StarsLosing Me Finding You was reminiscent of The Time Traveler's Wife in that the main character is plagued with an unexplainable condition that plucks her out of her current life and places her into a different situation. (However, there is no time travel in this book) The MCs have to cope with maintaining a relationship within the constraints of this weird condition. The struggle that both Evie and Ben have to face every four years was sometimes both heartbreaking and heartwarming. What I loved about this book is the undying devotion Ben and Evie had towards one another, even when Evie was unaware of Ben's existence. I also just loved the premise of the whole wacky memory loss-new life every four years. It was really well done. This book is perfect if you are in the mood for something totally different.

5+++++++++ Disappearing reuniting STARS!Can I give a book 100 stars? Its not often I gush. Its also not often a book makes me feel this way when I put it down. While there are lots of amazing stories out there that may deserve a five star rating, there are so very few that just captivate and amaze you so completely that you feel that you are part of the love story. As if you have been touched by greatness and a sense of something so special, that you have difficulty even voicing what it is that is so very incredible. This story was beautifully written and delivered. The words flowed off the page and took my heart hostage for the ride. I laughed, I cried, I rejoiced right along with these characters. Hands down, this was one of the best love stories I have read and I walk away feeling like I have been somehow gifted by sharing in Evie and Ben's incredible romance. If you read my reviews, you know this is rare from me. HIGHLY recommended!

This is a story that I find myself at a loss for the right words to explain how I loved it. The love story is epic and magical. Every four years on leap year Evie wakes up in a new life, a new setting, and a new family. She awakes with an emptiness that grows with each new life, because her heart knows that something is missing. Someone has owned her heart since she was four, and she owns his heart too. With each new life she loses her love and must find him. Ben Foster has loved her since he was five, and he always waits for her to find him.Evie and Ben's love was so consuming and beautiful, yet so tragic as they are torn apart over and over again. But it does have a happy ending, so don't let me discourage you by bringing up the word tragic. Because I also said is was magical, and it really really is. I love this book! Go read it.

A uniquely different love story that spans 36 years. Flawlessly written, engaging storyline and relatable characters. Such an intriguing concept about losing and finding love despite all the obstacles Evie faces, the biggest of all her birthday. I absolutely fell in love with both Evie and Ben, and with this book. Ben is simply the most perfect man to ever grace the pages of a book, and the way he waits for Evie, makes me melt. The storyline kept me reading, not only because the plot was so engaging, but also because of the beautiful, flawless writing. It was like reading Evie's journal. A wonderful book.

It feels so gooood to read something different. This book is not about a billionaire self made man who falls in love with a naive virgin. THANK YOU. This is a beautiful and uncoventional love story, so yes we don't have all the answers but that's not the point, it's the strength of a love that conquers everything, the time, the space, the supernatural. It was beautiful, touching and refreshing.

I seriously wish I could buy this book for every single one of you! It was that INCREDIBLE!!! You know when you find a book and you want to read it quickly so you can find out what happens but at the same time you don't want it to end so you can savor every word?!!! Yeah… that's how I feel right about now. It is that FREAKIN GOOD!!! I think I've cried about 20 times and the words just give me goosebumps.Evie was born on February 29th which we all know is leap year. Every four years, her birthday arrives, and Evie disappears. She winds up in a new place, with a new life not recalling where she had been previously. At only five years old, Evie meets Ben and they become fast friends—best friends. Even at such a young age, there is a connection there and he is the one who always protects her. At age 8, she disappears again only to start all over with a new family and new friends.“I longed for something, or someone, who was familiar. The problem was, I couldn’t remember what familiar was. I couldn’t remember anyone that I’d known before I woke up…”She doesn’t recall her previous life until she bumps into Ben again, and it all comes back to her. The moment she hears his name, somehow all the previous memories come into full view.“It’s like he’s is the key to all of my memories and I have no idea how or why, but most of all, I have no idea what’s going to happen next time. What happens if I don’t find him again?”This continues throughout her life and fate always intervenes, bringing Ben and Evie back together again. This is an epic love story—one I won’t ever forget. The love that Ben and Evie shared melted my heart, it was so powerful, so moving. My heart hurt when they were apart causing so many tears, so many feels. I waited for the moment they were reunited just so I could release the breath I was holding.Evie is such a strong heroine. She loves hard with her whole heart and whenever she is away from Ben, she knows something is missing. She doesn’t know what it is, but she feels a longing, like a puzzle with a missing piece.Ben. Ben is just an amazing, beautiful character—inside and out. He was her knight in shining armor, her protector, her soul mate. His love was so strong—he would stop at nothing to prove how much she meant to him. She was the other half of his heart. They made each other whole.“Please…stay. Please… Don’t go, baby…”Killed me reading those words. Broken. That’s how I felt.Natalie’s writing is perfect, brilliant. She created two incredible characters and the way she made you FEEL their love had me so extremely emotional as if I was experiencing it myself. You want them together so badly, it physically hurts when they were apart. This book is a MUST READ. It’s different, it’s perfect, and it will have your heart in pieces. AMAZING!!!

Full review on www.literarygossip.comI’ve been in a major book slump. After starting and not finishing three separate books, I was desperate for something to grab my attention and suck me in. Something about this book called to me. The synopsis was rolling around in my brain ever since I posted about this new release on our Facebook page. After giving up on my third book, I decided I just needed to 1-click this one and give it a chance. It immediately did what those other books had not, sucked me and wouldn't let me go. I probably cried through 50% of this book. Everytime the four year mark was hit, I felt like I was dying a little inside for Ben. All we get is Evie’s point of view but it’s not hard to imagine or feel the devastation that Ben feels every time she vanishes. And when Ben begs her to stay, it just killed me inside. I found myself begging the author to just make the vanishing stop. To give these two a life together. After everything they had been through, they deserved more than four years at a time. And they didn’t always get a whole four years. When that happened, it was horrifying to watch Evie be so lost and not understand why she felt so hollow inside. The best times are when Ben and Evie are together. His devotion to Evie is unparalleled. Every girls wants a guy like Ben to love her. I was pleasantly surprised by some of the love scenes, they were passionate, raw and emotional, and didn’t fade to black. The author did an excellent job of capturing the desperation that Evie and Ben were feeling. This isn’t just a friends to lovers story. This is a story of fate and destiny. And how not even a curse of disappearing every four years can stop true love from bringing two souls together, over and over. This is one of those books that sticks to your soul and I’m so glad I picked it up. February 29th will always remind me of this story.
