Awesome Christmas Story. The story is magical, sexy and warm. I enjoyed reading about sexy Trent that was searching for his destined mate. Cindy is a warm beautiful young lady that loved Christmas with her entire soul. Trent takes her home to meet his family. His family and town are full of magic that ensnares Cindy’s heart. The warm and enchanting descriptions wrap you up in a magical Christmas story.

Reviewed by Gabrielle Dominque-My Blog Reviewer :)It is not even Christmas yet while I'm reading this but I can hear bells ringing and feel the Christmas breeze. The setting description reminds me of my childhood prospect about what Christmas should be. I like the whole story since it is easy to read and no major drama in tow. It is quite short though which made me sad coz I seriously want more. Well, more means more conflicts, more problems and more whatsoever which might destroy the whole idea and atmosphere of the story. I did not expect the fast pace of their relationship. I am aware that it is short but I was still hoping that maybe a more getting-to-know each other might transpire and Cindy would be a little careful around hot stranger -heh-. I was actually considering this to be a type of book you read to your children, I mean the whole Christmas thing and the way Cindy loves Christmas with that entire house with snow-covered roof, decorating trees using handmade ornaments and the snowman sweatshirt, kids love those. But I never expected "those" scenes (lol) I was reading it like a hopeless romantic teenager (which is I am). I was hit full force when the "for adults only" scene took place. I thought it will be just fast and less detailed but damn the author is giving me reasons to love this book more. The characters are awesome; I like them all but a little less with Joy because she kinda unnerves Cindy, at first only but stiiiiiilllllll, yeah. I like her towards the end and I don't like Trent's ex since she somehow ends up the bitch here, but guess what, she is the lead in book 2, I wonder how her story goes in there hmmm. Since it is short, the other characters has less appearance which kinda did not develop some connection to the readers, well, I like side characters. I still do not approve Cindy's treatment for strangers. My brain says "Who cares, this is a hot stranger in Santa costume we are talking about and it is a damn romantic fiction so just deal with it.” Soooo I have this tendency of seeing fiction in reality that is why I am concern about Cindy's welfare but damn whatever, Trent is hot period.

If you love romance and Christmas than this book is for you. Meet Candy Gingerman. She loves Christmas so much that she bought a little cottage on Santa Claus Lane. None of her family understands her love for Christmas. She feels lonely and just wants someone to love and share the holiday with. Her world is about to change when Trent Claus knocks on her door. Trent saw Candy and knew right away she was his destined bride and soulmate. He comes to her door barring gifts related to Christmas from a "Secret Admirer" and she feels an instant attraction to him. Little does she know he's Santa Claus's son. A family emergency forces Trent to speed things along and he convinces her to go home with him but he doesn't reveal who he is. Trent had been hurt by the last woman he loved reaction to his secret. Cindy is amazed at her instant feelings for Trent but knows he's keeping a secret from him. She falls madly in love with his family and hometown but she doesn't know it's secret. This is a cute quick love story with a little angst due to secrets and misunderstandings. The sex is very hot and the chemistry between the two characters is explosive. Be prepared to remember the magic of Christmas while reading about some favorite Christmas characters including Santa, Mrs. Claus, and his reigndeer. If Trent can get his head out of his butt he might get his HEA. Can Candy wait till Trent is willing to share his secrets or will it be too late? I liked reading about Santa's children and others from the North Pole. I'm hoping the author will write more about them. Looking forward to more of The Naughty North Pole Stories

I read this for two hours (not tops) and can't calm myself for the sudden end when I am supposed to savour it and I should read it for a day or so. I usually end a book fast when it is good since I just can't help it and this is a good book. My other self is still mourning because this is a short one and I can't get enough of them. I am actually making some additional scenes in my mind so that I can accept their short story and so that I can move on to the next one. Yay! Moving on. Though I am not that fond of 3rd POV, I was still able to get lost in cloud 9 by this book. Such great story by Miss Scholl. I should thank her and include in my bucket list that I will visit her (lol). I seriously recommend this, if you want to add some Christmas spirit then read it on Christmas duh.

This book is a wonderful read, dedicated to the spirit of Christmas and those who love it, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it.The language of the story is soft and fuzzy reminiscent of those 90s movies we all watched as children i.e. everyone is beautiful, wholesome and good-natured. The descriptions of the snow and decorations, at Cindy and Trent’s home in particular, are wonderful evoking images of a Victorian postcard or an Alpine village. Cindy herself is a sweet heroine, initially quite a tragic figure sitting alone in her Christmas cottage, she soon warms up and wins the readers’ hearts by how game she is for an adventure – not many women would go meet a man’s parents after meeting him for a whole three hours! The book is also really funny – there is a great moment when the young couple are looking for a certain absentee reindeer in the snow and Trent thinks that Cindy wants to split from him when she is really only suggesting they cover more ground to look for their missing animal friend. The sexuality of the novel is a little bizarre at times and is slightly at odds with the Christmas imagery as we swap between the two worlds of Christmas cheer and sexy passion very fast, but the scenes are well written so Scholl just about gets away with it. This story is part romance, part homage to Christmas, part sexy romp all rolled into one. An excellent way to spend an afternoon!Review by Eleanor Whalley on behalf of BestChickLit.com

WHAT I LIKED:This was a nice, fast read. At just 78 pages, I was able to zip through it pretty quickly and these days, I just don't have time to read. I hadn't planned on reviewing it so soon but I made the mistake of reading the first couple of pages and was hooked. I generally don't go for pure romance because I'll be honest, they tend to bore me. Luckily, Genevieve kept me entertained throughout and Trent was damn sexy. I'm claiming his as mine. No one else gets him. Mine. But I digress lol. It was well written and despite the fact Christmas was a month ago, it was wonderful to be transported right back into the holiday spirit. Holiday themed books can sometimes be cheesy, but this felt well balanced and I loved it.Did I mention this was sexy as hell? No? Cause it is. Very sexy. But, Trent is mine. Sorry, ladies, I call dibs ;)WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE:Honestly? I can't think of anything I didn't like :)OVERALL VERDICT: 5/5 Blue Duckies! If you're looking for a fun, quick, sexy read, look no further! Just because it's no longer Christmas doesn't mean you can't get into the holiday spirit. And let's face it, if The North Pole is this sexy, I'll set aside my hatred of the cold ;)

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest reviewCindy loved Christmas. Her family didn't celebrate it. She Cindy went all out for it. Yes it was depressing to spend it alone. But when Santa show up on her doorstep. Her life takes a turn. Trent Claus knew Cindy was the one for him. She loved Christmas. Would she understand the secret he had to keep or would she run. Awesome story. Loved the characters. Puts you in the holiday spirit. Cindy was sweet and loveable. Trent was just sext hot. Throw in some suspense and ex-girlfriend and the story takes off from there. This is a short read.

I really enjoyed this and it was the perfect read for this time of the year! Cindy loves Christmas although no one else in her family does. Her best friend would rather be on a warm beach than face a cold Christmas, so poor Cindy is left all alone for the holidays. That is until a very special delivery arrives at her doorstep. Trent is gorgeous and Cindy feels an instant connection, but once she learns his secret will she still feel the same way about him or will she want to run away like Trent's ex? The entire story is made even better with the subtle naming of the characters and their descriptions. I loved Trent's family!

LOVED this story! A very nice take on santa claus and Christmas. This story is about Trent which is Santa's son. He is out to find his destined love of his life. He is a little afraid to open his heart to the new love Cindy due to Hollie his previous girlfriend thought his family was crazy when he reviled his family secret. Will Cindy feel the sam as Hollie or will she accept Trent for who he is destined to become. I really loved the cute little sayings when you normally would see a curse word you got "thank snowbells" and this just added to the wonderful story. Can't wait to read the rest of the books in this series!

Love Claus by Genevieve Scholl is a very cute & sexy Christmas story. Cindy Gingerman is whisked away to the North Pole by Santa's son Trent Claus where love quickly blooms.I love reading Christmas stories with modern day Santa Clauses. Each author always has a different take on the North Pole, etc. I absolutely loved Genevieve's Christmas Village, etc. It was unique, very descriptive, and very entertaining. I look forward to sequel, especially if the story is about Trent's sister Joy. Genevieve dropped just enough teasers about Joy to make her story seem very intriguing.

What a fabulous read - it had me wishing it were Christmas time, which is saying a lot since I am totally ready for hot weather right now. I loved the tenderness between the characters and the sweetness of the holiday spirit. Genevieve did a wonderful job bringing Santa into this century and making the whole family believable. I could practically smell the cookies baking as I read it--I became immersed in the world of the North Pole. And the romance between Trent and Cindy is wonderfully sexy, too. Loved it!

★ ☆ REVIEW OF LOVE CLAUS BY GENEVIEVE SCHOLL ☆ ★I was given an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. (Reviewed for Sarah & Kirsty's Book Reviews)It’s not even December but this book has already got me excited for Christmas. Love Claus is a short story delivering the perfect mix of naughty sex scenes and nice characters. I really felt like I was at the North Pole as I read this book. Christmas is my favorite time of year so I’m always up for a Christmas themed tale no matter what season it may be. This was a sweet romance with just the right amount of naughty thrown in for me! This was a quick easy read that helped me escape the heat of summer and wish that it was Christmas right now! The concept behind the story was wonderfully unique and I can’t wait to read the next installment!

This was an amazing book that really brought out the Christmas spirit in me in the middle of Spring. The characters are loveable, relateable, and warm. I loved the author's perception of the North Pole, because I was happy to see something different then the same thing most Christmas books and/or movies have. I can not wait for the rest of the series!

This has you wanting Christas all year long. I really enjoyed this book and Trent has you wanting to be apart of his world. He is really sexy and also loves the Christmas season which could be because he is santa claus' son. You will really enjoy this book and will want to read it even if it's not Christmas.
